Just got linux to experiment with it. Anyone know how I can get the games on this site to start (without WINE obviously). I'm not exactly sure what I would need.

Or would a game have to be compiled for linux specifically?

I think you can use the same .dcb files, so you would need to download the Linux package from the official Fenix site and have it interpret the dcb file. Games with dll's won't work on Linux though, libraries need to be compiled specially for Linux.

However I don't use Linux (or ever used Fenix on it) so maybe someone who does can give a better answer.

I tried it once and it worked as Rincewind said. I think it asked for some libraries (SDL or png or something) but they were easily gotten with the ubuntu package manager.

Also you'll probably need the same Fenix version as the game is compiled with...
