Quick question: Could we get a baseline for the judging hardware, speed, RAM, Video Card? Please?

Hello, I answered that question here (middle of the page) before. I made you a quick summary down here. Basically the judges aren't known yet: the games will be judged by admins/mods that don't submit anything for the competition and don't mind judging. If we run out of admins/mods we'll get random judges elsewhere. Quoting Caspah: Ok another question: What are the judges average computer specifications? I ask because ive decided to use DarkBasic and i want to take full advantage of its shader capabilities (refraction, parallax mapping, etc) and it would be kind of a waste if everyone is running a p3 voodoo FX machine. Quoting Rincewind: Can't say anything about the other judges as they are not known yet, but my personal specs are: Pentium M 740, 2 GB DDR2 RAM, Ati Radeon X700 128 MB graphics card, Windows XP. Quoting Caspah: ok.. does that card support SM2.0 and SM3.0? Quoting The internet: The Mobility Radeon X700 supports SMARTSHADER HD which includes Shader Model 2.0, specifically Pixel Shader 2.0b and Vertex Shader 2.0 in DirectX9.0c. Quoting Rincewind: Does Dark Basic harness Shader Model 3? Well anyway don't worry about it, if it's really necessary I'll just take your game to a newer pc on university or somewhere else. Which means I'm safe making a OpenGLSL Shader so long as I stick with ver. 1.10...Cool...:)
