I want to Enter into the Competition and I have something In Mind but I need to know If I can use a physics Engine. Here is a link to it.... http://www.ode.org/ I mean it really isn't part of the core game but it is still a large portion of mathmatics I wont have to write code for. So I figure I should ask before I start on anything. [Edited on November 12, 2006 by MicDareall] ____________ |

Hello MicDareall, first of all welcome to Boolean Soup. Yes, you're allowed to use external libraries(that don't contain whole parts of the actual game itself) like that one. Also, let me take this chance to shamelessly advertise the worklog section, where you can always count on feedback on your own game and where you'll be able to see how the other entrants are doing. Good luck with your entry. [Edited on November 12, 2006 by Rincewind] ____________ Personal website: http://www.loijson.com |
