Projects (DTM's Worklog)
It's that time of year again
Test.zip time of year.

It's just the exe version of the last screenshot. Once again i'm giving up on my 3D engine, but, good news!!! It's only because i'm currently negotiating the selling of my soul to irrlicht. It seems to have improved since I last looked, well at least the example demos have (parallax mapping!!), which is what counts of course.
The actual game i'm making is going to remain the same which isn't particularily hard as I haven't really started it. Except for a few monster designs.
So far irrlicht looks pretty good, and contains dev-cpp projects which compile no hassle with no modifications!! YAY!
Also as an added bonus the irrlicht forums feature people who use multiple exclamation marks !!!
Bye bye.
edit:
Irrlicht! I now have to redo the ODE physics stuff. Irrlicht shouldn't crash at least.

"Game.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for this inconvenience." And it leaves me with a screwed resolution. Why does your stuff almost never work DTM :'(

It worked fine on my 4 year old win98.
You're not using vista purchance?
I will more extensively test it at some point!

Not anymore, got a new laptop now with a *legal* version of XP. It's so exciting to use something legal for a change!
