Quoting Rincewind:
This is not really a bug but more of a tip: In the game galleries you can see this under the game title: "By $name ($version), $date". But when you click that game, the date is nowhere to be seen! It would be nice if that would have the date too.

Look carefully Rince :eyeroll:

On the tags thing again. As [user]DTM[/user] suggested I guess, there is no size tag. Some other ideas might be

[lastfm]El_Moog[/lastfm]//To look at my awesome profile(not really useful)
[dict]flabbergasted[/dict]//Look up a word!
[rules][/rules]//State the rules?
[search=Moogsters wit]Click here for void[/search]//Search the forums
[me]had not thought of that yet[/me]//IRC's action?

Now most are not particularly helpful in a programming forum, but it's more a push so maybe someone else will come up with some nifty functionality. If you keep a small rules package stating the basic rules that would come in handy for topics that are obviously redundant, flammable or other [dict]feloneous[/dict] behaviour.

And is there any chance you could have an option in ones profile to show the last 5 or so posts when replying? I guess that's already on the list though.

And is there a policy on attachments? Would be nice to have that functionality maybe in some specific forums or for specific users(say, with post count over 50/100).

Quote that to see an example. Another bug, the [ tm ] does the [tm] and the [ c ] does the [c]. That can't be good. [r] does nothing at all. Maybe we need a [degree] for the degree mark.

If all this stuff gets done, Boolean Soup will be the most spangley, fantastic programming haven on the web.

Hmm what about a [ code=fenix ] [/code] kinda thing? That way highlighting can be set for multiple languages and it is clear for everyone what language the code is (providing that data is given, like say the quote tag).

I already mentioned that on the page before this one Sandman. :)

And I guess DM deleted his post and posted a new one. Maybe the delete function should be removed, it can potentially ruin the logic in topics.

That happened on DIV Arena because someone (Ecko?) ruinied it. I like the delete function, taking it out sucks.

Quoting Moogle:
And what are your views on highlighting code in the code tags like the folks at php.net do for example?

Yes indeed, but my point was more about the [ code=fenix ] to identify the code as being Fenix, with a nice advantage of identifing for the highlighting.

Comes down to the same thing, as it is the only fitting implementation. I think. But I see how it is not as neatly said as your crystalclear example. But I did 'mention' it!

Those were matters of poor judgement.

Yeah, I like it too, keep it there.

I believe DTM mentioned being able to post html in your profile's title but Idon't know if he mentioned being able to post javascript.

As you can see from his profile page it's possible to harvest cookies on the forum as you will see by looking at any of DTM's posts.

Please fix this.

I don't know how it's displayed in older IE versions, but currently I'm using IE7 and the menu isn't displayed correctly:

Oh thank you Microsoft.

If older IE versions do display it well (which I can't check), there is a chance that it will be alright in the final release, since IE7 is still beta...

Frim, in the galleries people can rate the same game multiple times. I'm talking about actual *rating* here, because commenting multiple times is fine ofcourse.
